Broccoli-Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. bag frozen broccoli, chopped
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 or 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add cheese, mushrooms and soup. Cook over low heat until thick.
    (Can be done in microwave.) Serve hot with tortilla chips.
    Makes a large crock-pot full.
