Franke'S Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 scant c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk (1 c. regular milk and 1 c. Carnation)
    vanilla, salt and nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Beat 2 eggs 2 minutes then add 2 more eggs and beat 2 more minutes.
    Add milk, vanilla, salt and nutmeg.
    Pour mixture into unbaked shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn down to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
