Fluffy Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Mix with potatoes.
    Beat in eggs, seasonings and butter.
    Shape into cakes or rolls and fry in deep, hot fat.
    Serve hot.
