Golden Gate Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. grated carrots (4 to 6)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins, coarsely chopped
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. grated coconut
    Buttermilk Glaze
Preparation
    Sift first four ingredients together.
    Beat eggs; add oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
    Stir in pineapple, carrots, nuts, coconut and raisins.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Slowly pour glaze over hot cake until it is absorbed.
