Hideaway Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pudding and pie filling mix (any flavor)
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prepare filling mix according to package directions for pie using 1/2 the liquid; cool.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper cupcake wrappers.
Sift flour with sugar and baking powder into bowl.
Add butter and milk; blend well at low speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add egg and vanilla and beat another 1 1/2 minutes at low.
Fill baking cups half full.
Top with teaspoon of filling (reserve remaining filling for topping).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool and spread with remaining filling.
