German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked
1/2 lb. bacon
2 medium onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. vinegar or more
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon and reserve some bacon fat (1 to 2 tablespoons). Stir flour into fat.
Add onions and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add vinegar and stir.
Add crumbled bacon and sliced potatoes.
Stir several times while heating on low to medium heat until flavors blend (1/2 to 1 hour).
I use electric fry pan.
