Tomato Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. green or pink tomatoes
    12 green peppers
    3 red hot peppers (if desired)
    12 large white onions
    2 lb. brown sugar
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash, peel and quarter the tomatoes.
    Put the tomatoes, peppers and onions through a food grinder.
    Mix up the remaining ingredients in a large pot and add the vegetables.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3 hours, stirring frequently.
    Makes 15 to 18 pints of chili.
