Hamburger-Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    2 cans beef gravy
    8 carrots
    8 small onions
    8 medium potatoes
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, salt, pepper and next four ingredients.
    Shape into 12 large balls and brown on all sides in hot oil.
    Remove balls to large casserole.
