Barbecued Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. water
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown lean meat in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Add chopped onion, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard and celery.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
