Chicken Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast, pound and cut into pieces
    egg mixture
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs.
    Heat in pan of oil for about 3 minutes on each side. Place in a baking pan layered, overlapping and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Heat in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
