Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, oil and carrots.
    Combine cinnamon, salt, soda, flour and baking soda to egg mixture.
    Add nuts after mixing well.
    Place in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
