Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar sliced jalapenos
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    7 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Liberally butter a 12 x 10-inch cake pan.
    Place sliced jalapenos on bottom.
    Mix cheeses together.
    Pour on top of peppers; add beaten egg.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown.
    Cool in pan; cut in squares.
    Serve warm.
