Old Bay Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped or dry parsley
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 slice white bread, crust removed and cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into cakes.
    Deep-fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
    I prefer special or lump crab meat, but claw can be used.
    Serves 4 to 6.
