Peach Bellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. pureed fresh peaches
1 tsp. peach Schnapps
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
chilled champagne

Preparation

Place puree, Schnapps and lemon juice in a tulip glass.
Fill with champagne.
Serves 1.
