Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic chips
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. peppercorns or coarse pepper
Preparation
    Mix like meat loaf and shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. When they are cool, re-wrap and refrigerate.
