Eggs And Cheese On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 onion
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Blend in cornstarch. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add chunks of Velveeta cheese (to taste) and let melt thoroughly.
    Add well beaten eggs.
    Stir until cooked.
    Serve over toast.
