French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    This pie can be
    made in a deep dish pottery pie plate. Make pastry for the
    bottom only.
    Spread half of the 4 ingredients on the
    unbaked
    pie
    crust.
    Next
    fill the crust with quartered apples.
    Add
    the rest of the sugar mixture and pour on 1/2 cup cream
    evenly.
    Bake on bottom shelf for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, then move
    to
    the
    middle
    shelf
    and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
