Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg or cinnamon
    dash of salt
    5 c. sliced fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie.
    Combine sugar, flour, ground nutmeg or cinnamon and dash of salt.
    Add to sliced fresh peaches; mix.
    Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; fill.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    (Dash with extra spice, if desired.)
    Adjust lattice crust; seal.
    Crimp edges.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Very good.
