Mostaccioli (Macaroni And Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mostaccioli
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta
Preparation
    Cook mostaccioli according to package directions.
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add onion, celery and garlic and cook over medium heat until golden.
    Add tomato paste, water, seasonings and sugar.
    Cover and cook about 20 minutes.
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, spread a thin layer of sauce over the bottom.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese.
    Layer with half each of the mostaccioli, Ricotta, sauce and half of remaining Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until hot, bubbly and golden brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
