Not Edible Soapy Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. liquid tempera paint
1 Tbsp. liquid soap
water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except water.
Add enough water to make workable dough.
Store in airtight container.
