Three Flaky Pie Crusts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    7 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar in a cup; beat slightly. Then pour into flour mixture and mix (with fork or pie dough cutter) until you can form one big ball.
    Divide into 3 sections. Place each part into a quart size plastic bag.
    Mash each flat. Refrigerate extras up to one month in Ziploc bag.
