Chocolate And Creamy Orange Mousse(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    2 Tbsp. orange juice plus 2 tsp. grated orange rind or 2 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
    2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream, stiffly whipped
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine.
    Add cocoa, then 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
    Pour into medium bowl; cool to room temperature.
    Beat in 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon rind.
    Fold in half the whipped cream.
