Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. taco sauce
sour cream
chopped lettuce
chopped tomatoes
grated cheese

Preparation

Fry down meat and onions and taco sauce.
Then mix Bisquick, milk and eggs together.
Set aside.
In a greased cake pan, spread meat mixture on the bottom, then add Bisquick mixture on top of meat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Put sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes and cheese on top and serve.
