Zucchini Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onions (fine)
    1/2 c. grated cheese (any yellow)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Set aside 1/2 cup grated cheese for topping.
    Grease or Pam 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or smaller for thicker crust.
    Mix all ingredients and spread in dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or brown.
