Quick Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1 c. margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting

Preparation

Sift flour, soda and sugar into large bowl.
Combine water, cocoa and margarine in saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over flour mixture; mix well.
Add cinnamon, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Spread frosting over cake.
