Fiesta Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. eggnog
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    In a large punch bowl, stir ice cream until smooth.
    Add eggnog and stir.
    Add vanilla extract and cinnamon; continue stirring until well blended.
    Serve cold with some cinnamon on top.
    Give it the real \"fiesta\" touch by adding some white rum to it.
