Fresh Corn Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn, cut fresh from cob
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. green pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. white or yellow cornmeal
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix
    corn, tomatoes, onions and green pepper.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients to this mixture and bake in a greased casserole at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
