Microwave Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. beef short ribs or pork ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried mustard powder
Preparation

Set power select at Medium.
In oblong baking dish, arrange ribs, onion and celery.
Heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap; set power select at High for 5 minutes and at low for 60 minutes or until ribs are tender.
Rearrange ribs once and baste with sauce occasionally.
