Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans garbanzo beans
1 c. olive oil
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tahini (optional)
1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Blend thoroughly in food processor until creamy.
Refrigerate overnight.
Good with pita bread, lamb or beef shish kebabs.
