Apple-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. corn oil margarine
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. light/dark corn syrup
    6 eggs
    2 c. coarsely shredded, peeled apples
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.
    In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat together margarine and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in corn syrup.
    Add eggs; beat until well mixed.
    With a wooden spoon, stir in apples.
    Stir in flour mixture, raisins and nuts.
