Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pare the potatoes and grate them.
Add beaten eggs and sifted dry ingredients.
Drop from a spoon into a hot greased frying pan. Bake until golden brown on both sides.
Makes 10 to
12 cakes. Good with applesauce.
