Shortcut Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    3 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
    1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
    oregano
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or more
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    meat,
    breaking\tup
    with wooden spoon.\tStir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce mix, V-8 juice and oregano.\tBring to a boil;
    lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cover
    bottom
    of
    oiled,
    large pan with a layer of meat sauce.
    Add
    a
    layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella.
    Repeat
    the layers until all ingredients are used, ending
    with
    the
    meat
    sauce.
    Cover
    pan tightly with heavy-duty foil.
    Set on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1
    hour.
    Remove
    from
    oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cut into squares to serve.
