Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 medium bananas, mashed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix egg substitute, sugar, oil and applesauce.
Add flour, orange peel, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Blend well.
Add bananas.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely.
Cut each loaf into 8 (1-inch) slices.
