Marco Polo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
    Chinese noodles
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Chop onion, pepper and garlic.
    Saute ground beef, onion, pepper and garlic until meat loses color.
    Add other ingredients. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into dish.
    Top with Chinese noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
