Sour Cream Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, sour cream and sugar in a large bowl.
    Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
    Gradually add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in raisins.
    Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered baking sheets.
    Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
