Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. spaghetti sauce (thick style)
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Layer in 8 x 10-inch pan, beginning with one-third of the sauce, one-half of the uncooked lasagna, 1 cup cottage cheese and one-half of the Mozzarella and sour cream.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
May be refrigerated or frozen at this point.
To cook, cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
If casserole is frozen, thaw before baking.
