Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 qt. sliced potatoes
2 cans Spam, diced
3/4 c. butter
3/4 to 1 qt. milk
1 c. sliced onion
2 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in flour to make smooth paste.
Slowly add milk, stirring with slotted spoon constantly. Stir until mixture slightly thickens.
In Dutch oven layer, potatoes, onion, Spam and cheese, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour milk mixture over.
If mixture does not cover completely, pour in enough milk to cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Cover for 1 hour, then uncover for the last 1/2 hour.
