Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    6 or 8 slices bacon, fried and broken in small pieces
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    4 or 5 green onions, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing, mixed according to directions on pkg.
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach and tear into bite size pieces.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    When ready to serve, season with salt and pepper.
    Add 1 tablespoon sugar to Italian dressing mix.
    Bring to boil.
    Pour over spinach and toss lightly.
