Polish Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Knead; let rest for 1/2 hour. Roll dough out and cut into squares.
    Fill and fold diagonally; seal ends tightly.
    Cook in boiling water in a medium or large pot, only 7 to 8 at a time, until they come to the top.
    Cook for a few minutes, then drain.
