1 lb. brown sugar (2 1/4 c.)
1 lb. butter
6 eggs
4 c. flour
2 oz. pure lemon extract
1/2 lb. chopped candied cherries
1/2 lb. chopped candied pineapple
1 lb. pecans (5 c.)
1 lb. white raisins *

*Instead of raisins, can use another 1/2 pound each of cherries and pineapple.
