Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 c. finely chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 lb. butter
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla; beat 2 minutes.
    Blend in pineapple, carrots and walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
