Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Heat sauerkraut.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Heat through.
    Cool. Add to celery, onion, carrots and peppers.
    Mix well.
    Let stand overnight before using.
    Keep unused portion refrigerated.
