Cole Slaw(Serves 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. cabbage, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3 c. evaporated milk
    2/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle cabbage with seasonings and mix well.
    Keep chilled. Combine milk, lemon juice or vinegar and onion.
    Pour over cabbage before serving.
