Lo-Cal Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Chinese veggies, rinsed
    3 stalks celery, cut
    8 oz. can mushrooms with juice
    1 small onion, cut up
    1 can green beans and juice
    2 c. water
    1 can no-salt tomato juice
    3 sq. beef flavored broth mix
Preparation
    Put in big pot and simmer 20 minutes; contains 18 calories per cup.
