Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    14 to 16 chicken pieces
Preparation
    Combine dressing, dry onion soup mix and preserves.
    Pour over chicken parts which have been placed skin side up in a large shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
    Serve hot with plain or yellow rice and the sweet and sour sauce.
