Polish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 9 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 lb. Polish sausage, sliced thin
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    In bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish, place a layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle lightly with flour, salt and pepper.
    Place a layer of sausage and sprinkle with cheese.
    Continue layering until pan is full (usually 3 layers).
    Pour milk into dish.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes until potatoes are done.
    Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
