Okra Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh okra
    2 to 3 ears fresh corn
    1/4 c. finely cut-up lean pork (1/4 lb.)
    1 medium onion
    4 medium tomatoes
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare 2 cups sliced okra in cornmeal, salt and pepper.
    Coat okra in meal mixture.
    Cut enough kernels from cooked corn to make a cup.
    Cook and stir pork and onion in skillet until pork is golden.
    Stir in okra.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and corn.
    Cover and simmer until corn is tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in pepper.
