Mom Marshall'S Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large sweet potatoes
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo maple syrup
    cinnamon
    salt to taste
    1 pkg. large marshmallows
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven\tto
    350\u00b0.
    Boil
    sweet\tpotatoes
    until tender.
    Peel the potatoes, slice each lengthwise and place in foil-lined\tbaking\tdish.
    Layer
    the
    potatoes
    and dust each layer
    with
    salt,\tbrown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
    Add the Karo syrup\tto the top layer of potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1
    3/4 hours, or until syrupy.
    Add marshmallows and place under broiler until brown.
