Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. large tortilla shells (flour kind)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. can sliced olives
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 large chicken breasts
Preparation
-
Chop
chicken
and
mix
with
half
cheese, onions and olives.
Place 2 tablespoons
on tortilla shells.
Roll up and line in a pan, 13 x 9-inch or 15 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
