Self-Crust Turkey Or Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
    2 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and sliced)
    1 1/4 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery or chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place turkey or chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer egg slices on this. Blend broth and soup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour broth and soup mixture over meat and egg slices. Mix margarine (melted), flour, milk and pepper and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    This mixture will not be smooth. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
    (You can add 1 can mixed vegetables, drained.)
